I hadn't been out on my MTB (or any other bike for that matter) for ages but we were up at Nant yr Arian for a BBC Stargazing Live event and a visit to a planetarium so I took Morgan out for a quick spin on his new bike and then had a quick blast around the Pendam Trail myself.

My back was sore, my right knee was sore and I was just recovering from a cold so I'd told myself I'd take it easy, especially as I'd already been for a run today and had performed terribly on it. But, once I got to the hills I did put in quite an effort and ended up doing the whole trail in under 40 minutes so I guess it wasn't too slow.

A little slimey out there in places but otherwise the trail is good.
